Okay, here's a question for you: what kind of cookies do you really, really like? If you were a newly-minted graduate student in Geology, far from home and family and boyfriend, stressed and scared and broke, what sort of cookies arriving on your doorstep would cheer you up? Any and all suggestions are good.

Also, Warren Ellis doesn't dislike the casting of Keanu as John Constantine (thanks, Dave!). That's interesting.

Lastly, does the fact that "Suspect" was the Sunday WaT repeat mean that we'll be seeing AYNOHYEB on Thursday (since they did the Chet Collins eps back to back like that)?

Okay, not quite lastly, because I had to mention that the guy I just bought my RotK Frodo AF from is named Greg Sanders. Heh. When geek worlds collide...

That would be fabulous! I'd be very grateful, as long as it isn't a hassle for you. No hurry either- I don't think I'll get a chance to bake until later in the week, anyway.

It's no problem, it's a short recipe. Besides, I'm not doing anything today except writing the sequel to the boarding school slash that I said I wasn't going to write.

Shall I send it to the e-mail listed in your profile?

Yup, that'd be fine. Thanks! (Sucked into writing something else you said you wouldn't? The combination of a lack of good rarefic and an eager, enthusiastic audience seems to have a wearing effect on your willpower. Which is really, really not a complaint. *g*)

Heh. Actually, this time it's because I left a detail hanging and it was bothering me. I probably would have been able to let it go if someone else hadn't noticed, but alas...it's just as well, I always like to write a little post-smut schmoop just to solidify the whole 'happily ever after' vibe. Because I'm a geek that way.

I'm a big fan of post-smut schmoop (or schmoop in general, really). No author will ever get snarked at by me for producing good schmoop, that's for sure. (You know, if you type "schmoop" often enough, it starts to look very strange.)

And you're really quick with that recipe! Keen! And thanks again, it looks good. We'll see if I send them to her or if I end up keeping them all for myself. Yum.
