I swear to God, if my floor isn't finished today, I'm going to kill every single workman here. Messily.

Edited to add a pretty picture, so this spam isn't all construction-rage. Nicked from [livejournal.com profile] cruisedirector:

I giggled when I saw it. I'm a snobby warhorse, woo hoo! Death to the home-destroyers! (I have a weakness for Andalusians, though, so no complaints here).

For your sake (and your workmen's), I hope the floor is finished soon!

Very cool quiz. War horse, 'tis perfect! I got...

Ah, the Quarter Horse. The most common breed of horse owned in America, noted for its calm disposition and sensible attitude. A famous quarter horse played Black Beauty in the movie based upon Anne Sewell's book. You don't let life's problems bother you, and you deal with them in the most practical manner. You are quite intelligent, and it wouldn't hurt to use your talents to have a little more fun, to walk a little more on the wild side, like your ancestors.
Your owner will most likely be either a cowboy or a young person learning to ride. You also stand a high chance of becoming a school horse.
Your colour will most likely be: Anything, but most likely chestnut.

Love that last bit. Chestnut. How apropos for a redhead :)

Everyone gets to live happily ever after (yay!), since they finally finished. My house is still a disaster, but at least it's back in one piece. Of course I get to spend the next few days cleaning and reorganizing, which is no fun. Oh well.

Aw, I like Quarter Horses. They're very popular around here. And chestnut to boot, how fitting. ;)

Glad they finally finished the work. I know you planned to clean this weekend, so I hope you've been able to get things back to the way you like them. Then you can relax until time for Spring Cleaning :)

Are there a lot of horses where you are? We have more cattle than anything, and I haven't had the chance to ride a horse since I was a kid.
