Omar Sharif again. I quite liked this quote: "'I cannot stand the idea of having money in the bank and not spending it,' he says. 'It tempts me... makes me want to do something exciting, rich.'" Yeah, me too, Mr. Sharif. Of course, that sort of thinking works better when you're rich. Pity.

I can't help giggling about his comments on Hidalgo. What a lovely way of saying: "Don't expect a great film, okay?"

Thanks for the link!

Hee! Yeah, that was tactful. I liked the bit about how he was still too broad-shouldered to play an old man. At least he doesn't have any confidence issues (or vision problems. heh). *g*

*snort* God, you crack me up. Mr Sharif cracks me up too. Seeing shiny things makes me want to do rich and exciting things like buy them, regardless of how much money I have in the bank. A pity indeed.

Oh, indeed indeed. I get into trouble thanks to a combination of credit cards and the part of my brain that's supposed to say "don't buy that, you have no money!" never actually saying that. It's not pretty.
