The current flick where Diane Lane moves to Tuscany and gets a fabulous house and personal enlightenment and shiny highlights by embracing her inner Free Spirit (tm). He plays a Polish plumber or something. Funny image, that.
I adore "Last of the Blonde Bombshells." I seem to recall it won an Emmy too. I've seen it at least twice. Dench, Leslie Caron, Ian Holm, Olympia Dukakis, and lots more. Someday I'll get it on DVD. I *think* Pekla plays an accountant. Geeky, definitely.
Cool! on the new Diane Lane movie. I have that on my must rent list when it comes out on DVD. I do lots more renting than theater-going now that I have the DVD player and can see stuff letterboxed properly.
