What a great quiz! I, of course, got the same result, but that's not surprising ;) The other results were cute as well, especially the dress fetish (although, they got Pintel mixed up with Ragetti).

Ah, you're right. I didn't even notice, too distracted by the fact that they were one of the answers at all. It was a cute quiz, I agree. Nicely done pics and cute answers.

He does! Very stylish for a dead guy. He and Jack are quite the fashionable pair. Hee.

Oh, and I wanted to point this out in case you hadn't seen it- carmarthen just wrote a really good Jack/Bootstrap story called A Bird in the Hand (http://www.livejournal.com/users/carmarthen/113773.html), about Jack's tatoo. And brazenbells has one called Boca de Muerte (http://www.livejournal.com/community/pirategasm/53155.html) which was also fun. She gives the pairings as "Barbossa/Apple, Jack/Black Pearl, Jack/Barbossa, Apple/Black Pearl", so of course I had to read it. I've been tagging (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=ealgylden&keyword=Pirate+Fic&filter=all) all of the Jack/Bootstrap and Jack/Norrington fic I've seen (and a few other rarities), but who knows if that's all of it. It's certainly not that much.

Hee! Finally indeedy. I ran off and joined twogoodmen as soon as I saw it- I check in on pirategasm pretty often just to make sure I don't miss anything, but I didn't want to join. Too much stuff I don't read. But how could I resist a Jack/Bootstrap community? I couldn't, that's how. :)

Thanks! I finally found a good shot of Barbossa with the monkey, so I couldn't resist using it.

I've been checking out pirategasm as well, mostly for the on-going Jack/Norrington fic that's being posted there. I may join some others as I see what goes on at the communitiesm, but for now, twogoodmen is a good start :)

Now we just need a community for slashing pirates and their favorite inanimate objects *g*

Oh yeah, I'm a huge pirate addict. Always have been- I blame my disreputable childhood. Heh. And I'm always glad to meet other pirate fans, so hi! :)

Argh, that joke is awful (and funny, but then I'm a sucker for groaners like that). Mike Nesmith (yes, from the Monkees) once did a video called Elephant Parts, of little comedy sketches and videos for his solo songs and odd things like that, and one of the running gags was the Pirate Alphabet. A pirate would wander on-screen, do something piratey and say a "letter"- I remember "Arrrr" was one of them, and so was "Tea?!" (the pirate had taken a big swig of rum, but oops, wrong bottle), and there was at least one other that I forget. Same kind of thing, though- so dumb it's funny.
