ealgyldenAwww, Peeps! Peeps at the library, even! I love the "Inappropriate Behaviors" section- aren't they naughty? And I can never get the stupid microfilm to load right either, so they shouldn't feel bad.
Yeah, I should stop spamming and all. I'm just so bored! I can't believe it's only Tuesday...
Edited to add yet another ridiculous lawsuit concerning food. I thought the "McDonald's made me fat!" lawsuits were bizarre, but this? This is just sad. Whatever happened to parents telling their kids, "No, you can't have that?" If they're so worried about the evil, poisonous Oreos, why not try actually saying "no" once in a while and not hoping the government will pass another law to do it for them? My mom didn't let us have sugared cereals growing up, and it didn't crush our self-esteem or put us in therapy. Gah.
If they want to put big scary stickers on Oreo packages saying, "Trans fats are Satan! These are Satanic cookies!" fine, have fun. But banning sales to children? Making cookies a controlled substance? Whatthehellever.
