Yeah. Movie!Éomer is pretty, and he scowls nicely and growls speeches well (when he gets them, which isn't often), but that's about it. Hopefully being king requires a lot of scowling. Otherwise, I vote for Éowyn.

She looks better in real life, and she needs a spear, but still, pretty cool.
