Well. Now I hurt for every character on my show, and that's not fun on a Friday night. Okay, everyone except Grace, because she's a rabbi's daughter! How cool! I never would have guessed. My head aches now, though, and I really need a good cry. Good thing "Bringeth It On" is before this one on my rewatch schedule, because I think I need a dose of baby-abandoning cheerleaders. Weird that that one would be the funniest episode yet.
Two things while I can still type- Here's a good article on Joan (from last week, but just in case anyone missed it), with mini-interviews with Amber, Joe Mantegna, Mary Steenburgen, and Barbara Hall. Also, the JoA fanlisting (with the handy-dandy screencaps) has moved here.
Right then, time to go hit the Ben & Jerry's and cry for fictional people. Is that sad? I think it might be, but I don't care too much.

Date: 2003-11-15 02:49 am (UTC)Oh, God--Joan and Adam broke my heart. Adam's "we're not friends anymore," and Joan's crying and gah! Oh, I wish there were happy, fluffy Joan/Adam fics out there that I could soothe myself with right now.
And, hi, I just recently friended you because I greatly enjoy your JoA commentary. I'm looking forward to seeing your insights into this episode.
