Happy, merry Christmas or other winter holiday of your choosing! I hope everyone ate lots (but not too much), got cool and interesting presents, had fun with the good friends and relatives, refrained from strangling the bad ones, watched sappy holiday specials, listened to music sublime or just plain fun, played in the snow and drove safely.

As for me, I spent my day reading Yuletide fics and watching Russ Tamblyn in West Side Story. He was terribly cute and spry back then, wasn't he? And Amber looks very much like him, especially around the eyes and mouth. Speaking of Amber, the Without a Trace repeat on tonight is her episode, and it's a good one. If you don't usually watch WaT and need a break from Christmas cheer in about an hour, I recommend it. The January 4th repeat has a JoA tie as well- it guest stars April Grace as journalist Delia Rivers, aka Lieut. Toni Williams (or Lieut. Delia, if you fear change, like me).
