Okay, more link spam, my apologies, but I just saw this lunatic cartoon on CBC and I had to share. It's called Chilly Beach, and it's worth a look (there are some "webisodes" on the site, handily enough- I quite like "Apocalypse Snow." It speaks to me). The episode I saw involved a thawed T. Rex, a vast herd of beavers, lots of hockey, and some really bizarre writing. And I want Dale's hockey jersey. What's his team, the Thunder Bay Evil Pies? I'd root for them.

Oh yeah, and TeeVee has a really enthusiastic article on Da Vinci's Inquest. Nice to see that. It's a well-written, well-acted show, and I like Nicholas Campbell, but for some reason I could never get into Da Vinci's. Poor Nicholas. He'll always be "Lindsay's ex who was killed messily by the risen-from-the-grave ancient cult leader in Psi Factor" to me. Isn't that sad?
