Thank you for putting into words what I have been feeling but have been too scatterbrained to say.
I'm going out to my garden now. I'm going to poke at the weeds with a stick, admire the flowers on my tomato plants, and watch my cats nap in the lemon balm. I'm going to watch things grow for a while.
Enjoy. I did the same thing. There is something very restful about leafy green things and the smell of well-tended earth.
